Return and refund policy

1. OVERVIEW

At Bee Loon (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • The item must be in unused and resalable condition.
    • The item must comes with a price tag

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide an exchange for a new item of the same type.

All items are eligible for return under the conditions stated above.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

    • Provide the evidence, photos or videos

    • Wait for our instructions on how to return the item.

    • Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the item before processing an exchange.

We also allow change of size

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 5 business days.
